Fernbrook Homes (OTMH) Ltd.
Z.1613.67, Ward 3

Council passed Zoning By-law 2025-078 under section 34, of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended on April 22, 2025.

The purpose and effect of Zoning By-law 2025-078 is to modify the existing zone to permit additional site-specific regulations related to lot coverage, height, and garage width to facilitate additional dwelling units and architectural variation for the future detached dwellings to maintain and protect the neighbourhood character. No new lots are proposed by this application.

Council’s decision reflects that they have considered all the written and oral submissions relating to this matter and that those comments have been appropriately addressed.

The subject land is located east of Reynolds Street, south of MacDonald Road and west of Allan Street on the former Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital site.

These lands are also subject to a draft plan of subdivision application (File No. 24T-18001/1613).
