Get ready for an unforgettable evening of celebration, culture, and community spirit! Canada Day at Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park is proudly presented by Tim Hortons. On Tuesday, July 1, 2025 from 5 to 10 p.m., the park will be buzzing with live entertainment, free family-friendly activities, delicious food trucks, and a spectacular fireworks show over Lake Ontario.
Activities begin at 5 p.m. with community performances, interactive cultural displays, sports activities, crafts, face painting, and more. Strolling entertainers — including Edward the Juggler, Edllusion Magic, NorthFIRE Circus, and Arestov’s Acrobatic Extravaganza — will keep the crowd smiling throughout the evening. Main stage performances will feature Kune – Canada’s Global Orchestra, Celtic-fusion artist Mary Frances, and the high-energy ROCK STAR LIVE karaoke experience. Plus, enjoy a vibrant performance by the Oakville Chinese Network Society’s Dragon Dancers.
At 10 p.m., weather permitting, the night will wrap up with a dazzling fireworks display over Lake Ontario.
Take Oakville Transit for free
Free Oakville Transit shuttle service will be available between Bronte GO Station (northwest parking lot) and the park, starting at 4:45 p.m. Shuttles will run every 10 minutes, with the last shuttle to the park departing at 9:30 p.m. Return service will begin immediately after the fireworks. Please note there is no on-site event parking due to road closures.
