Sheldon Creek Erosion Mitigation
A project to rehabilitate two erosion sites along Sheldon Creek.
The Town of Oakville is working to address erosion issues along Sheldon Creek through targeted rehabilitation and stabilization of two creek bank sections. Approximately 55 metres of erosion control work is planned.
Sheldon Creek flows from north Burlington through Oakville, eventually reaching Lake Ontario. The project focuses on two adjacent erosion sites near the stormwater management ponds southwest of Great Lakes Boulevard and Creek Path Avenue.
